Comparing 2013 to 2014 shows that the number of sales thru the same period in Hamilton Mill is down by 20% with a total number of sales at 85 for the year to date. The positive news is that the average sales price has increased to over $360,000. This is in part to a handful of higher pried homes that have sold so far this year. The average days on the market also increased to 97 days and the sales price to list price ratio was basically the same as 2013 at 94.4%.

Currently there are a total of 45 homes for sale in @TheHamiltonMill with the most expensive home being offered at $700,000 and the most affordable homes for sale in Hamilton Mill is selling for $235,000.
