  1. Gwinnett County Public Library services are on the cutting block if the county is not able to allocate more funds. Without a budget increase, the library system would have to lay off staff, and reduce library hours, according to the system's executive director. The budget issues have persisted for years but recent wage increases and inflation has made the budget issue a critical one. (WSBTV)
