  1. The Gwinnett County Library System is under pressure to remove sexuality and gender identity books from their children's sections. Residents confronted the system's Board of Trustees during a meeting on Monday night. The parents want the books to be moved to the adult book section. One parent did demand that the system removes all books about transgender people from library circulation. (Gwinnett Daily Post)
  2. The Gwinnett County man that allegedly killed his wife apparently did it because she went on a birthday trip. The new piece of information was provided by the victim's family. The Gwinnett Police Department was originally told by Glenroy Roberts that she had killed herself. The department arrested the individual after it was discovered that Claudia Roberts had multiple gunshot wounds. (Newsweek)
  3. The Gwinnett County District Attorney has clarified how she will prosecute abortion cases. According to District Attorney Patsy Austin-Gatson, she will be prosecuting individuals that provide abortion services using unskilled or unsafe procedures. She is reportedly concerned about individuals taking advantage of the abortion services vacuum that the overturn of Roe v. Wade has now caused. (Gwinnett Daily Post)
