  1. Students can apply for a free or reduced-price meal in Gwinnett County. During the pandemic, the federal government instated a free meal waiver program to feed children. The program has ended but Gwinnett County Public Schools is still offering free breakfast at Title I schools. Click for the free and reduced-price meal application. (11 Alive)
  2. Gwinnett County drivers are warned by the Duluth Police Department that school-zone cameras will be ticketing speeders. The cameras are operational at Chattahoochee Elementary, Mason Elementary, Duluth Middle, and Coleman Middle schools zones. A first-time violation will cost $75 with $125 for each subsequent violation. (CBS46)
  3. Gwinnett County runners will be competing in the Button Down Dash 5K this Saturday. The race will be in Suwanee Town Center Park and is hosted by the Gwinnett Chamber. The event is meant to promote an active lifestyle within our community. (Gwinnett Daily Post)
