Decatur Development Ordinance Up for Review This Month

Community input is welcome at the city Planning Commission meeting on Nov. 11.

The Decatur Planning Commission released the final draft of the Unified Development Ordinance last week, and will review the past month’s completed articles at its next public hearing.

Scheduled for Tuesday, Nov 11, at 7 p.m., the meeting will be held at City Hall, located at 509 North McDonough Street in Decatur.

The final draft of the ordinance, which has been made available online via Decatur Next, will be presented to the City Commission for consideration Nov. 17. A work session is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. and the public hearing at 7:30 p.m.
