HOA president Kellie Campbell took the video of the mail-tossing carrier and sent it to news stations.
"I sat there and recorded for about 5 minutes," Campbell told WSB-TV at the time. "And he continued to just grab more mail and continued to just toss it over the fence."
After a USPS investigation, the mail carrier was "no longer delivering mail," as Patch previously reported.
The pieces of mail that could be salvaged were delivered to homeowners, according to WXIA.
