AVONDALE ESTATES, GA -- A DeKalb County restaurant owner is raising funds to help an employee who was stabbed recently in an attack, Patch has learned.
James Thomas is trying to recover after being stabbed more than 10 times while working at Pallookaville, a corn dog eatery in Avondale Estates, according to a GoFundMe campaign.
"He is out of surgery, in stable condition and recovering nicely. In true James' fashion, he is in good spirits and joking with friends and coworkers that have visited," according to Jason Cobb Hylton, who created the GoFundMe.
