  1. A work session will be held tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. by the Cobb County Board of Commissioners regarding a stormwater impact fee. The agenda states the purpose of the meeting is "to present information on stormwater management services and the preliminary analysis of a stormwater fee based on impervious surface." The work session will take place in downtown Marietta at the Cobb Government Building. (East Cobb News)
  2. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners have a resolution on their Tuesday meeting agenda to redraw the four commission districts. The proposed resolution comes after State Rep. Erick Allen drew the map which would preserve the District 2 seat for commissioner Jerica Richardson. The resolution will be up for second consideration – as well as a vote – on Oct. 25.
