MARIETTA, GA -- On Monday, Cobb Commission Chairman Mike Boyce delivered his state of the county address to members of Cobb's business community. He discussed Cobb's successes in 2018, including breaking ground for the new North Cobb Regional Library, extended library hours, Cobb Water System being honored for excellence and customer satisfaction, the county's new website and many completed transportation projects.
