Deputies Arrest Three Juveniles
A case of racially motivated vandalism on the side of one home seems to be solved.
The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit arrested three juveniles Monday in connection with the Jan. 9 spray painting of a home in the Middlebrooke subdivision in Hickory Flat, said Lt. Jay Baker with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.
The suspects live near, but not in, Middlebrooke, Baker said.
They were released back to their parents after being charged with Terroristic Threats and Criminal Trespass.

The suspects are not believed to be part of an organized group.
