Principal Under Investigation for Cruelty to Disabled Children
A Mountain Road Assistant Principal is under investigation for her involvement in a case of cruelty to disabled students.
Paula Merritt, principal at, has been named in connection to a Fulton County investigation of a teacher who allegedly abused several children with disabilities, according to one AJC report.
Merritt is named in the suit as engaging in fraud and cruelty to a minor, discriminating against a disabled child, and committing conspiracy and battery.
