Is there any excuse to calm a tantrum with police handcuffs?
A Milledgeville girl was handcuffed after throwing a fit in school that knocked over a shelf and injuring the principal, the Chattanooga Times-Free Press reports.
The 6-year-old was charged with simple assault and damage to property.
