Stroke Screenings in Holly Springs

Northside Hospital will give free screenings to discover existing conditions for stroke, diabetes and heart disease.

May is National Stroke Awareness Month and to celebrate is offering a free screening to determine risk for stroke, heart disease and diabetes, according to a release from the hospital.

The screening will include a risk assessment, blood pressure reading, total cholesterol, glucose, a limited number of carotid ultrasounds and a one-on-one consultation with a healthcare professional, according to the release.

Screenings will be on May 22 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Northside Office building on Sixes Road.
