BOLO on Man in Kidnapping Attempt Is Only a 'Person of Interest'
Lilburn Police say they only want to question the man in the incident to see what his intentions were.
Lilburn Police say the man they're looking for involved in a possible child abduction attempt is only a person of interest and there are not currently any charges against him.
The department issued a BOLO this month for the man, who was described as being in his 30s and having light black skin with freckles.
"We want to find out, if anything, what his intentions were," said Lilburn Police Capt. Thomas Bardugon. "It's something that raises a little [red] flag with us."

According to police, a 10-year-old girl was rollerblading at the Lilburn First Baptist Church on June 1 when a man in a Dodge Charger came up to her and started talking with her. After a few seconds, he asked her to get in his car, but then noticed her mom coming toward them, so he drove off.
