A Lilburn man was robbed earlier this month at Park Crossing Apartments while a gun with a laser was pointed at his chest the entire time.

A Lilburn man was robbed earlier this month by two armed suspects who had a gun with a laser sight attachment pointed at his chest the entire time.

According to the Gwinnett County Police report, the 46-year-old had parked his car outside his home at the Park Crossing Apartments off Dickens Road around 11:10 p.m. on a Saturday when the incident occurred.

He exited his car and saw a man leaning against a parked car next to his. Without speaking, the man held up a handgun with a laser sight attachment pointed at his chest.

The second suspect approached the victim, grabbed him by the shirt and demanded his money, bracelet, necklace and cell phone.

The victim complied, and the suspects ran on foot toward the front of the apartment complex. The victim attempted to chase after them on foot but they got into a gray Cadillac before he could reach them. The car was a newer model with chrome rims.

The victim described the first suspect as a black male who appeared to be in his 20s and weighed 160 to 180 pounds. He wore a large black sweatshirt with the hood over his head. The second suspect was a light-skinned Hispanic male, possibly Puerto Rican, and spoke with a Spanish accent. He also appeared to be in his 20s and weighed 160 to 180s and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, but with gym-style pants.

One of the suspects left behind a white gardening glove with red paint. It was placed into evidence.
