In each incident, police said one or two black male suspects robbed the stores at gunpoint. At least one of the suspects captured on surveillance video in each case appears to be the same person, said Cpl. Jake Smith, in a press release.

The primary suspect usually brandishes a handgun from his pants' waste, then orders the employees into a back bathroom or closet, and tells them not to come out until a few minutes have elapsed, officials said. In about two minutes, the robbery is complete.

In the Snellville case, which happened near Lilburn, the armed robbery happened about 6:30 p.m. on June 2.

There were three employees and one customer at the store at the time when the two suspects entered. Not only was money stolen from the cash drawers in the lobby, but one of the suspects led an employee to a back room where money was stolen from a safe, according to a police report.

While one suspect grabbed money out of safe, another stayed in the front room with others. According to the police report, the store telephone rang, and when an employee motioned to answer it, one of the suspects said: "Don't do that. Don't pick up that phone. Be easy and stay right there."

The police reported that about $800 was stolen from the store, but that there were no visible injuries of the victims.

The main suspect is described as a black male with a light skin tone, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
