High School Soccer, Baseball Playoffs This Week in Lilburn
Berkmar is playing the semifinals for boys soccer Wednesday, and Parkview is in the playoffs for baseball and girls soccer Tuesday.
It's a heavy few days of high school sports in Lilburn this Tuesday and Wednesday.
On May 14, Parkview's varsity baseball team is in its third round of the state playoffs. In Class AAAAAA, the Panthers will be playing against Colquitt County at home for two games at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Since they're playing the best of three games, if neither team wins both games Tuesday, they will play a third game on Wednesday (May 15) at Parkview to decide which team moves forward. The winning school will go against either Milton or East Coweta in the state semifinals.

After defeating Tifton County last Friday, the lady Panthers soccer team is in the semifinals against South Forsyth at Parkview on Tuesday at 7 p.m. If Parkview wins, they could play either Brookwood or Harrison for the Class AAAAAA title.
Parkview girls soccer have previously won seven GHSA girls soccer titles.

Also in soccer news, the boys team at Berkmar will be playing against East Coweta at 7 p.m. Wednesday. If Berkmar wins, it will be the first time the school has ever reached the state finals in boys soccer. Their opponents would be either Harrison or Collins Hill.
