The man said no, and the vehicle drove off. A few minutes went by, and then the victim heard from behind him something that stopped him cold. "Yo, give me your wallet," someone said.
The victim whirled around, and he saw the passenger of the previous dark vehicle pointing a black pistol at him, the report stated. At the same time, a man from the back seat of the car yelled that the victim should give up his cellphone, too.

He handed over the cellphone, plus $106. After that, the car sped away -- a loud muffler fading into the distance.
While Lilburn police were talking with the victim, a Lawrenceville officer driving in the area noticed a dark-colored vehicle at a . The vehicle had three to four men in the car, and a young female at a gas pump, police said.
Two of those in the vehicle broke out in a run, and foot chase began. One of those people gave up the sprint and surrendered to police, and was later identified as Gordon Berry. The other person -- the female -- who ran was not captured, according to the report.
Two other suspects -- a Jacques Mathieu and Guilian Williams --were arrested at the QuickTrip while still sitting in the back of the dark-colored vehicle. Police said a fourth man, later identified as Jeremy Stewart, was captured across the street.Â
A clerk told officers that Stewart was inside the gas station's shop when police arrived, and walked off before being associated with the group in the dark-colored vehicle.
Later, the victim pegged Williams as the one who pointed a weapon in him. He was unable to identify the other apprehended suspects as being involved. They all were still arrested and booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
