Lilburn Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charge

A Lilburn man has been arrested in connection to a child pornography case. 

According to the Gwinnett County Police report, Nathan Smith, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of child prography. 

The report states that Georgia Bureau of Investigation sent a cyber tip in reference to two unknown subjects who were chatting in a social media website and discussing the exchange of child pornography videos.

The GBI was able to determine a location for one of the subjects, Smith, and they forwarded the case to Gwinnett Police.

A search warrant was completed Smith's residence on June 12, which resulted in his arrest. According to Gwinnett County jail records, he was bailed out the next day on a $11,200 bond.
