Construction of "Seventh Midtown" Condominiums Begins Soon

Construction crews will begin work on a multi-story condominium complex in the heart of Midtown before the year is out, Atlanta InTown reports.

The Loudermilk Companies’ “Seventh Midtown,” located at 867 Peachtree St., will eventually stand nine stories tall and contain 20 luxury condos and first-floor retail space, Atlanta InTown says. The condos will range from 1,800 to 2,800 sq. ft. and range in price between $700,000 and $1.7 million, Atlanta InTown says.

CEO Robin Loudermilk said in a statement that 35 percent of the soon to be built units are already under contract, and that the remaining units will likely be bought shortly after the shovels start turning dirt, Atlanta InTown reports.
