Plans for this 12.5-acre site are expected to include retail and, potentially, residential spaces with a bus and rail terminal. Amtrak and Greyhound have expressed interest into moving their stations to this location.

This site is bound by 17th St on the north and east, Northside Dr on the West and an active freight rail line on the south.
