Kaiser Permanente Eyes Midtown for New Office Space

Kaiser Permanente is closing in on a deal to lease a substantial amount of office space in Midtown to expand its footprint in Atlanta.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the healthcare company is entering the final stages of negotiations with California State Teachers’ Retirement System to rent out 150,000 sq. ft. of Pershing Point Plaza at 1375 Peachtree St. The Chronicle adds that the office space may be used for a health IT center.
