The Simpson Organization has filed for a permit with the City of Atlanta to construct a pair of buildings at 1389 and 1409 Peachtree St. which will feature 190,000 sq. ft. of office space, ground floor retail, a 650-car parking deck, and a residential tower with a mix of apartment units and hotel rooms, Bisnow reports.

Plans are still in the early stages, with no financing details or construction timelines determined, and Boyd Simpson tells Bisnow that the company has decided not to pre-lease any space and hasn’t picked out what kinds of tenants it wants to attract to the project.
