Midtown Skyline May Get 32-Story Tower
1105 West Peachtree St. project will feature mixed-use development anchored by boutique hotel.
ATLANTA, GA -- Midtown Atlanta's commercial real estate scene is red-hot and shows no sign of stopping.
A 32-story tower on 1105 West Peachtree St. is just the latest project slated for the area's skyline.
The mixed-use development said to be not "just another glass box" will feature 645,000 square feet of office space anchored by a boutique hotel, 80 residential units and shops on the ground level. The centerpiece of the development would be a one-acre plaza, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

The project will be built by Atlanta-based Selig Enterprises Inc., which has an extensive portfolio throughout metro Atlanta. The firm's projects include the renovation of Manuel's Tavern in Midtown and numerous structures in the 12th & Midtown corridor along Peachtree Street.
Construction is expected to begin in mid-2017 if plans are approved by the Midtown Development Review Committee.
