One tower would feature 11 stories and 190,000 sq. ft. of office space, while a 42-story tower would contain 206 luxury apartments and a 140-room luxury hotel. There would be ground floor retail at the office tower and amenity spaces and a cafe at the apartment tower.
The Midtown Development Review Committee told The Simpson Organization it wants to see more info on parking screening, facade materials, signage, and a plaza on Peachtree street before signing off on the plan. Curbed says the developers will also pitch the design to the Ansley Park Neighborhood Association in an attempt to win their blessing as well.
