Undeveloped Atlantic Station Land Up For Sale

CBRE is selling some 18 acres of land in Midtown as land prices continue to match or exceed pre-recession levels.

The last bit of undeveloped land at Atlantic Station won’t stay undeveloped for very much longer.

That’s because CBRE Global has announced that it’s putting the 18 acres of prime real estate back on the market as the price of land Midtown continues to increase. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, CBRE bought the land in 2010 for $63 a square foot; they could sell the land for as much as $132 a square foot now.

The Chronicle reports that CBRE Global could net anywhere from $3 million to $8 million an acre on their 18 acre investment.
