Job description: Plans and conducts Georgia Teacher Evaluation Program training, oversees the new teacher induction and administrator induction programs, oversees and provides assistance to the New Teacher Academy, develops and implements Title IIA Equity Plan and conducts needs assessment survey annually
Qualifications: Leadership certification, minimum of five years of experience in school administration and experience in managing federal education programs
