Monroe’s American Legion Post 64 is sponsoring the 62nd annual Walton County Fair. Join your friends and neighbors for some good old-fashioned community fun. The fair, which has attractions for all ages, will be held Tuesday April 16th through Saturday April 20th at the American Legion fairgrounds located at Church & Poplar streets. Gates open Tuesday thru Friday at 5:00PM and Saturday at 12 Noon. Closing is 11:00PM.
Admission is $3.00 per person. Seniors 62 and older, children under 5, active duty, reserve and National Guard admitted free. Special Post 64 membership offered for veterans. Tuesday through Thursday one price of $15.00 plus $3.00 admission permits riding all midway attractions. On Friday and Saturday it is $20.00 plus admission.
