Florida Georgia Line Nominated for Three CMT Awards.

The stars continue to align for hot new country duo Florida Georgia Line featuring Monroe hometown boy Tyler Hubbard and Floridian native Brian Kelley. Hot off their win for New Artist of the year at the recent ACM Awards, the duo has now been nominated for three CMT Country Music Awards. According to GotCountyonline.com, their multi-week No. 1 debut single, "Cruise," has been nominated for Video of the Year, Duo Video of the Year and Breakthrough Video of the Year. Fans can vote on CMT.com until midnight on June. 2. The winners will be featured on a live show from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

The duo was in town last week filming " before heading to Ormond Beach to finish it up in the hometown of Kelley. They flew into the Atlanta area on the Red Eye the night before after filming a remix of "Cruise" in the desert of California with Rap Artist Nelly. According to GotCountryonline.com, their second music video, "Get Your Shine On," hit the top of the charts this week too, making it to No. 1 on the Billboard Country Chart, Mediabase Canada Country Airplay Chart and BDS Canada Country Airplay Chart.
