Job description: Responsible for provision of medical nutrition therapy to all inpatients, outpatients and convalescent unit residents to include assessment, reassessment and education. Responsible for nutrition education component of the Diabetes Management Program.
Qualifications: Bachelor of science in clinical nutrition or related program. Master of science in nutrition is highly desired. Must be a registered dietitian with CDR of American Dietetic Association and must be a licensed dietitian in the state of Georgia.
