Caterpillar to Host Job Fair on Sept. 26

Learn more about careers in the manufacturing industry, including fabrication and assembly positions at the new Caterpillar plant, during a Sept. 26 job fair at Athens Technical College.

Two sessions will be held -- one at 11:30 a.m., another at 4 p.m. -- in the auditorium of the Easom Building on the Athens Campus of Athens Technical College.


Advance registration is required.

According to information posted on the Athens Technical College website, representatives from the Caterpillar plant will discuss opportunities at the plant and suggest courses at Athens Tech which could help individuals prepare for future openings at Caterpillar and other local manufacturing businesses.
