Juveniles Involved in Property Damage and Skipping School in Recent WCSO Incident Reports

Walton County Sheriff's Deputies also responded to several alarms during the period March 18 - 20, 2013.

Walton County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following incidents between March 18 and 20, 2013.Β 

Zone 1

  • Fire Assist – Walton County deputies assisted with a structure fire on Youth Jersey Road.
  • Arrest – Subjects were parked outside of a vacant residence on Barrett Woods Rd. smoking marijuana. The subjects were arrested and charged with Marijuana Possession less than an ounce and Possession of drug related objects.
  • Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Olympic Drive in Olympic Fields subdivision. All doors and windows appeared secure.

  • Extra Patrol – A complainant on Tom C. Camp Road reported that someone possibly tried to pry their back door open damaging the weather stripping. No suspect.

Zone 5

  • Extra Patrol – Extra Patrol was requested on Holly Stand Court in Watson Mill Estates in reference to juveniles possibly skipping school.Β

  • Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Harris Drive in Harrison Mill. Windows and doors appeared secure.
  • Damage to Property – A fence on Meadow Mist Court in Golden Meadows was ripped and tore down. This is the second offense. Possibly juveniles involved.
  • Theft – Two cast iron chairs were taken from a residence on Centerhill Church Road.
  • Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Youth Monroe Road. The alarm company was on location and everything appeared secure.
  • Damage to Property – A phone box was tampered with at a residence on Lafayette Way. Three bushes were torn out of the ground. Suspect is possibly an older white male driving a two-toned Ford truck. Extra Patrol requested.
  • Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Hwy 78 at Southern Gymnastics. There was a forced entry to one of the inside offices. Criminal Investigations was notified.

Zone 7

  • Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Monticello Drive in Jefferson Plantation. Windows and doors appeared secure.
  • Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm call on Timberland Road in Woodlake subdivision.
  • Complaint – A complaint was made on Woodlake Blvd. in Woodlake subdivision in reference to Jehovah Witnesses passing out flyers.
