Description: Supervises youth at all times. Assures residents obey all rules and regulations, instructs and assists in training all new direct care staff on rules and regulations of the facility. 
Qualifications: Associates degree in social or behavioral sciences or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience working with youth and their families. Some supervisory experience of staff needed.
