Monroe to Light Up the Night
Nov. 1 is the official kick off to the Holiday Season in Monroe with the lighting up of the downtown area.
The day after Halloween Monroe kicks off the Holiday Season with the lighting up of the downtown area.
The festivities include music, arts and the lighting of the trees. City officials invite Monroe residents to plan a special night sharing in the festivities. The ceremony is the perfect occasion to share with that special someone. Spas will be offering special massages and facials, restaurants will offer live music and the Wayfarer Music Hall with be hosting a specialty Farmers Market. Carrie Bowen will be releasing latest album, “Sleepy Little Town,” and she will be performing at the Wayfarer Music Hall for the occasion.
