La Fiesta Grille, a new Mexican Restaurant in Monroe, opened with a score of 100 on its preliminary restaurant report.
La Fiesta, the new restaurant on Spring Street in Monroe (the old Kimbo's location) had a soft opening last week after getting a 100 on its preliminary restaurant score. It is planning a grand opening in a couple of weeks, but is already open for business.
