AccessNorthGa.com reports twin brothers William Cormier and Christopher Cormier are now jailed in Florida, having signed waivers of extradition a week ago. 

The brothers are accused of killing a Florida man and burying his body in the backyard of a Winder residence. 

The brothers had been in police custody since Oct. 8, when a body was found buried in the backyard of a Sixth Street residence in Winder.
