Shelia Elaine Brown Westbrooks, age 40 of Monroe, passed away May 5, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Annie Mary Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Chris Yancey will officiate. She is survived by her children, Amber Nichole Westbrooks, Tyler Dwayne Westbrooks; parents, Larry and Sandra Brown; sister, Sherry Ann Pilgrim, all of Monroe.
