Mr. Frank Thomas Compton, age 69 of Monroe, died April 6, 2013.

After living 63 years in Miami, FL and 35 of those years with Florida Power and Light Company, Mr. Compton moved to Monroe in 2006. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Beverly J. Compton of Monroe; daughter, Judy Compton of Tupelo, MS; son and daughter-in-law, Frank C. Compton and Rhonda of Homestead, FL; sister, Mary Jane Moore of Monroe; grandchildren, Emily Rose Compton, Sarah Grace Compton, both of Homestead, FL, Mark Burkeybile and Amanda Gonzales.
