At its recent May commencement ceremony, Piedmont College in Demorest, Ga., awarded degrees to 352 students. Among the graduates were the following area residents:
Lisa Victoria Braswell of Monroe, earned an Education Specialist (EDS) degree .
Mary C. Camp of Monroe, earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in early childhood education .
