Paul Broun's Campaign Supporters to Receive 'English: The Official Language of the USA' Shirt

Those who donate $25 or more to the campaign will receive a T-shirt.

Paul Broun is giving residents in the 10th Congressional District an incentive to support his campaign for a U.S. Senate seat β€” those who donate $25 or more will receive a T-shirt that reads, "English: The Official Language of the USA."Β

Broun, who representsΒ Walton CountyΒ and surrounding areasΒ in the U.S. House of Representatives,Β will seek the Senate seat currently held byΒ Saxby Chambliss (R-Georgia), who does not plan to seekΒ re-election.Β

"Our nation is on the brink of economic and social disaster,"Β the donation page for Broun's campaignΒ reads. "President Obama and his cohorts in the Senate are bankrupting our country and couldn't care less about it. I will always stand up for our values, and I hope you will join me today."Β

Those who wish to donate have the option to make a one time donation ranging from $25 to $5,200, or to make monthly contributions.Β

Broun has several competitors for Chambliss' seat. RepublicansΒ who have announced plans to seek the 10th Congressional District post in 2014Β includeΒ Jody Hice, a minister and conservative talk show host,Β State Rep. Donna SheldonΒ of Dacula,Β Mike Collins, a businessman and son of a former congressman, party activistΒ Brian SlowinskiΒ andΒ retired Army veteranΒ Stephen Simpson.Β
