Job description: Performs a variety of secretarial and clerical duties to assist in ensuring effective andΒ efficient office operations. Maintains accurate records for the Walton County Sheriffβs Office, ensuring complianceΒ with state laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Administers and processes civil cases, subpoenasΒ and other documents. Assists with special projects of the department.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with vocational or technical trainingΒ in business, bookkeeping, secretarial science or related field with a minimum of two years experience performingΒ office operations and routine bookkeeping tasks.Β
