Washington Huskies Reportedly Eying MAHS's Truitt
Seattle, Wash. may be a long way from Monroe, Ga., but Washington University is reportedly hoping it's not too far from home for MAHS Hurricane's Stanton Truitt.
The buzz around high school sports in Monroe has been where star QB Stanton Truitt will begin his college football career. Word is he’s got plenty of options, the latest coming from the other side of the country.
According to a report in UDUBNation.com, Stanton has been talking to coaches from Washington University – he’s even visited the campus in the past.
The 5-foot-10, 180-pound athlete is busy competing in track right now, but reportedly told UDUBNation.com that once the season is over he plans on visiting more schools. He’s reportedly already had offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, NC State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
