The East Cobb Civitans meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday’s of the month at Noon for lunch at The Olde Town Athletic Club (behind Tuesday Morning & Sports-O-Rama), 4950 Olde Towne Parkway, Marietta.
The Civitan Club was chartered in 1986 and has grown to become an active group of people that are involved with the community to benefit others. Civitan projects touch lives from youth to elderly, and special needs to community needs. From financial gifts to hands on projects, Civitans benefit others.
East Cobb Civitans raised over $20,000 at their annual fundraiser. Funds will be distributed to local organizations at a luncheon on Dec. 8 at the Atlanta Country Club.
