Volunteers are needed for "Get Your Good On," the Character Education program at Sprayberry High School that inspires students toward an attitude of service and community.
Students are divided into groups of 20-25, guided by a teacher and adult mentor. During the meeting dates, lessons about service and community are taught to the students. Additionally, each student group connects with a local community service project and volunteers in the completion of the project during the school year. Meeting dates also may include guest speakers and presentations provided by the school. Please consider joining us for this important community initiative.
It is a commitment for 45 minutes four times during the school year.

"Last year I had the opportunity to work with Sprayberry Students by participating in the Character Ed Program through the Northeast Cobb Business Association as a volunteer mentor.Β This was truly a very rewarding experience for the adult volunteers and students. We built lasting relationships with each class and established a sense of community with each activity.Β I would highly recommend this program to anyone in the community." ~Commissioner Joann Birrell
