Where/When: Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Cobb Civic Center, 548 South Marietta Parkway.

Why go: You are a dedicated hunter or weapons enthusiast who enjoys browsing guns and knives. 

Pricing: $8/adults. Free/12 & under.

2. ARTISTIC FEATS AND DELICIOUS TREATS

Where/When: Saturday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Episcopal Church of the Annunciation, 1673 Jamerson Road.

Why Go: You appreciate the arts and want to browse the work of local artists while listening to soothing flute and harp music. Celebrate the church's 25th anniversary. Participate in a food tasting competition. Chance to win a 3 – 5 Day Cruise to the Bahamas with adult ticket (must be 18 to win). Children will enjoy face painting and coloring activities.

Pricing: Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for 20 and under, and $5 for children 6 and under. The event is open to the public.

3. LOWE'S BUILD AND GROW CLINIC 

Where/When: Lowe's, 2650 Dallas Hwy. S.W., or 3250 Cobb Parkway Kennesaw. Saturday, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Why Go: Your kids enjoy building and growing stuff! From project basics to giving your child the opportunity to say, "I built it!" Build and Grow kid's clinics are a great way to help build confidence. Each participant receives a free apron, goggles, a project themed patch, and a certification of merit upon completion of their project.
