Birrell to Hold August Town Hall

District 3 Cobb Commissioner JoAnn Birrell is holding a town hall meeting later this month.
The meeting will take place Thursday, Aug. 22 at the Mountain View Community Center, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The MVCC is located at 3400 Sandy Plains Road.
