Casteel Heating Named South's Best Contractor

The NEWS, a weekly newsmagazine for air conditioning, heating and refrigeration contractors,  named Northeast Cobb's Casteel Heating and Cooling its annual Best Contractor to Work For in the South.

Applicants had to answer 23 “yes” or “no” questions about hiring, training and retaining technicians, and how to avoid technician burnout and guarantee work—all while offering a benefit program. 

Casteel Heating and Cooling's application was submitted with 22 of the 23 questions answered “yes,” making Casteel an easy choice for the Best Contractor to Work For in the South, according to The NEWS.
