Cobb Board of Commissioners Zoning Hearing -- Starting at 9 a.m., 2nd floor BOC Room, 100 Cherokee Street, Marietta. The applications include the following in the East Cobb and Northeast Cobb areas:- Waffle House for 4797 Canton Road;
- The Providence Group for a single-family subdivision at 1790 Murdock Road;
- Southeast Real Estate Acquisitions LLC for a single-family subdivision at Sandy Plains, Alabama and Woodstock roads;
