The American Heart Association is getting the word out regarding heart disease for seniors.  A representative from St. Joseph's Hospital will be here to give you the latest updates for cardiac care and preventative measures for heart disease. 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Free. , 3332 Sandy Plains Rd. 4. The crack of a baseball hitting a bat. Cheers from fans. The scent of a leather ballglove. It's time for Sandy Plains Baseball's 3rd Annual February Frost. It is an awesome beginning to the season. Everyone ready for their upcoming tournament schedule. Today through Sunday. The past 2 years there have been 50 teams in all ages 9-14. The cost is as follows: $325 9U-12U. $350 13U-14U. $100 Gate fee (so that you don't have to be bothered with gate fees at multiple parks, and to save some money for your parents).
