Death of Lawrenceville College Student Not Yet Ruled Murder
On Sunday, Nov. 18, 17 year old Jasmine Cathleen Benjamin was found unresponsive on a couch in a study room at Valdosta State College, according to authorities. The Valdosta Daily Times reports Benjamin's death has not been definitively ruled a murder.
“We are treating it as a homicide based off information and concerns provided by the medical examiner,” told Valdosta Police Department Cmdr. Brian Childress to the local paper. Read more on Lawrenceville Patch.
